I have worked in the nonprofit sector for more than a decade. As a former leader in a not-for-profit foundation, I was provided the opportunity to work with many partners in the nonprofit community from funders, stake holders, partners and collaborators to elected officials and community supporters. 

I have served as Vice President of Operations and Acting Executive Director for The Women’s Fund of Omaha, as well as Interim Executive Director at Elevate Omaha, The Big Garden and City Sprouts. I have also worked in interim leadership roles at UNO’s Service Learning and Inclusive Communities. I have experience in supervision, development & fundraising, board development, operations and program creation & implementation among all the many hats we often wear in the nonprofit world. 

My passion lies in observing how a nonprofit can capitalize on their human capital, and on identifying gaps and solutions that can help bring continuity, structure, balance, and flow to an organization. 

I believe that relationships are the center of everything we do, yet we spend little time learning how to navigate them. I excel at seeing the potential in people and systems. I can work with your team to help raise their efficiency and help forge new paths forward.
